The Position:
Onboarding Officer
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be part of Altamira’s Real Estate Onboarding team. Some of the main responsibilities are:

Responsible for the coordination, collection, and review of all the necessary documents for the assigned cases.

Preparation of all relevant documents and maintenance of records related to clients.
-
Communicate and visit Land Registry and other Government Offices (Courts etc.) for the implementation of debt-to-asset / repossessions.
-
Performing various administrative duties with regards to transfer closing.
-
Liaising with other departments and external parties.
-
Maintaining files and registers.
-
Performing other job-related responsibilities and duties as requested by the Unit Manager or Department Manager
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting.
-
At least 3 years of experience in a banking or finance role.
-
Result driven with an ability to take initiatives and work under pressure.
-
Analytical, organizational and time management skills.
-
Ensure the confidentiality of all handled information and documentation.
-
Good knowledge of MS Office.
-
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Language both verbal and written.
