We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals to join a team with uncapped commission. This role would suit someone goal-oriented and highly driven to hit targets and increase their earning potential.
We are a UK construction recruitment company based in Paphos. We work on fast paced, lucrative desks.
You will be offered a full training scheme and work alongside some experienced recruiters to help you improve your skills.
Salary – up to 2000 euros per month plus commision.
As a recruitment consultant you will be tasked with candidate generation and supporting the team with the following:
- Fluent english a must
- Candidate management
- Database maintenance
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Interviewing candidates and processing application forms
- Reference checking
- Daily contact with temporary staff
- Dealing with general queries relating to contracts
- Business Administration
Person
- Bright, bubbly, and enthusiastic
- Previous experience of working in a recruitment environment
- Business Administration experience
- Good business acumen
- Very good customer service skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages essential
- Payroll experience desired but not essential
